FAQs

My child isn't potty trained, is that okay?

Our goal is to give you a full Self-Care experience without having to worry about finding a babysitter before you arrive limiting your time. Our caregivers are CPR certified, experienced and eager to entertain your little ones while you enjoy your services. Therefore we will change diapers and make potty runs at no extra charge. **Please bring diapers/extra underwear and change of clothes.

What if my child needs me? or an Emergency happens?

In the case of an emergency we will contact the correct people to keep your child(ren) safe.

If your little one is restless and we need your assistance we'll alert you in between appointments as to not disturb your peace. Most times we are able to redirect the kids and encourage them to engage in fun activities.

Is there a discount if I have more than 1 child?

What time can I drop off/pickup the kids? Can I leave to run errands?

Parent MUST be on-site AT ALL TIMES. While we understand that the extra help is great, we are not insured or staffed enough to keep the kids outside of the event capacity. Kid's Lagoon hours are the same as the event hours.
